Time for your body to rest
After the sauna session, please respect the following principles:
- After the session, do not stand up suddenly as this affects your cardiovascular system. If you are lying, sit up for 2 minutes before leaving the sauna.
- Cool off gradually. The most gentle way for cooling off is a bath in the outdoor pool.
- The cold stimuli should be as short, intense and steady as possible: have a gentle shower, rub yourself with snow or pour cold water over your body.
- Saunas relaxes your muscles and makes them soft. That's why after a sauna session is the perfect time for a massage.
