Fine print
Arrivals and departures:
Your room will be ready for you from 2 pm on your arrival day. If you attend to arrive after 7 pm please inform us of this fact. Please vacate your room by 10 am on your departure day. You are welcome to use the Valserhof Vitalquelle until 6 pm!
Deposit:
Please pay a deposit of € 200 per room reserved. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be retained as a processing fee if you have not taken out travel cancellation insurance through us.
Reductions for children sharing their parents’ room:
from 3 -75 % • 4-14 - 50 % • 15 and above -25 % = 1 child up to the age of 8 in their parent’s room (for weekly bookings)
Garage:
You are welcome to rent a space in our underground car park. Price: € 5 per day. For room types G, H and K the car parking space is included.
Dogs:
Dogs are only allowed in room type A. Price: € 10 excluding feed. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area and garden.
Smoking:
We wish to point out to our guests that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smokers are welcome to use our fireplace room with its club atmosphere.
Method of payment
You can pay your bill in cash or with a credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or EC-Card. You will receive a discount of 2% on hotel charges for payment in cash.
Room requests:
We would be pleased to fulfil your room request but we are unable to guarantee certain room numbers or floors. In the event of late arrival or early departure we will charge for the period booked. We are not able to give a discount for meals not taken. If the prices in your reservation confirmation differ from those in this price list then the prices in this price list are always valid.
