The Cantina/Kellerei Terlan winery created this historic cuvee of pinot blanc, chardonnay, and sauvignon in 1893. The longevity of the wines was discovered quickly and the first rarity, the pinot blanc 1979, was bottled in 1991. This was followed by another 19 vintages. 25 years later, and the 1991 wine is finally on the market. Because there are only 3,000 bottles and not all will be available to the market, the sale of the wines is strictly controlled, and the bottles are only supplied to high-class restaurants.
