3 wine cellars, 24,000 bottles, 1 mission: ultimate pleasure!
Daniel Erlacher is the man with the sixth sense. He loves wine and everything that has to do with it. His passion can be seen during the regular tastings, but not only: If you take a look at our wine cellars, you will see that even a capacity of 24,000 bottles might not be enough in the long run.
Our wine cellar is divided into three areas.
In the wine cube of South Tyrol, approx. 1,000 bottles of wine are stored at an ideal temperature for daily consumption. Our cosy “Stuben” (parlours) are directly adjacent.
In our wine lounge, about 8,000 bottles of champagne, white wines, and some of our red wines are stored in two temperature zones. Directly adjacent is our tasting room with an open fireplace.
