As members of Vitalpina Hotels South Tyrol, we are closely connected to the mountains, our region and the people who live here. At the Valserhof, we put concrete measures into practice in the areas of energy, resources and regional sourcing, while sharing our passion for the mountains with our guests.

And there is another special feature: at the Valserhof, you can enjoy fresh spring water directly from the Schwand spring.

• EV charging stations directly at the hotel
• Wherever possible, we work with local businesses and tradespeople for renovation, maintenance and repair work
• Fabric spa slippers instead of plastic flip-flops
• Certified organic detergent from a local supplier
• For more than 25 years, our heating has been supplied by the local district heating network, whose heating plant is fuelled by wood chips
• Waste separation and recycling in accordance with the relevant collection and disposal systems
• 100% of the electricity we purchase comes from South Tyrolean hydropower
• Towels and bed linen are changed only when needed or, of course, at the request of our guests
• In summer, we cultivate a vegetable and herb garden covering more than 1,000 m²
• 100% of our dairy products come from South Tyrol

Since 2021, we have been members of the Climate Neutrality Alliance together with Vitalpina Hotels South Tyrol. As part of this membership, we record our emissions and work on concrete measures within our hotel operations.
