Borgogno – Barolo Riserva 1982
Borgogno is surely the name when it comes to full-bodied red wine from the Piemont. Borgogno was founded by Bartolomeo Borgogno in 1761 and produced high-quality red wines right from the start. Knowledge was gained quickly; thus, chemical sprays are not used in farming and work is done in harmony with nature. Relying on spontaneous fermentation, artificially cultivated yeasts are also not used in the cellar. There is a reason why Borgogno is one of the most famous vineyards.
