Biodynamic wines are quite literally on everyone’s lips. Not only because of the interesting stories of how they are created, but also because of questions such as: “Is the quality of biodynamic wines really higher?” You might find out during this tasting, but one thing is for sure: You will find out what qualifies as biodynamic wine and what it is all about.

In the Valserhof wine lounge, there is a spacious tasting room with an open fireplace and space for 12 people. Junior hotelier Daniel takes our guests weekly to this magical room, surrounded by over 8,000 bottles of champagne, white wine, and red wine.
