Cancellation police
- Up to 30 days before departure: €40.00 processing fee
- In the period from 30 to 14 days before departure: 30% of the booked tour price
- In the period from 14 days to 1 week before departure: 70% of the booked tour price
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked travel price.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked travel price.
- These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-leased completely or partially.
To avoid possible cancellation costs in case of cancellation, delayed departure, or premature departure, we recommend that you take out our inexpensive travel cancellation insurance.
For children staying in the room of two full-paying adults, the following discounts apply:
Children up to 3 years: -75%
Children from 4 to 14 years: -50%
Teenagers from 15 to 16 years: -25%
